I'd like to do a thing for you ladies and other members :shock: about fitness, with positive pictures of fitness and nice quotes to at least think on, since we all don't look and flex like Eva Marie Pilipuf. Unless I get p'd off, run off or something, I'm going to take most of it from her website www.treeoffitness.com and try to keep updating this thread, where there isn't much happening with the topics.

I want you to have some fun too. This started when I was looking for a plank, which is a yoga pose.

You know I'm serious now, so first of all this is how it began, with the side plank.
